Refund policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026

1. Scope and 30-day return offer

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Storefronts operated by ID 24547450 that display or link to this policy. The current Storefront is Jingle Decor.

Unless a Storefront clearly offers a longer period, you may notify us that you want to return eligible goods within 30 days after delivery without giving a reason. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the 30-day period starts when you receive the last item covered by the return request.

This 30-day return offer is a commercial policy in addition to mandatory statutory rights. It does not replace, shorten or restrict any legal right of withdrawal, conformity right or remedy for faulty, damaged, incorrect, late or missing goods.

2. How to start a return

Contact the customer-service channel shown on the Storefront or in your order confirmation. You may also contact us at info@jingledecor.com. Include your order number or other proof of purchase and identify the item(s) you want to return.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Because we use multiple fulfillment locations, the correct return address may depend on the product and order. Do not send a parcel to a warehouse or registered office unless our instructions identify that location for the return.

This routing process does not make a statutory withdrawal subject to our approval. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise it through any clear statement permitted by law, including email or a letter sent to our registered office. A delay in providing return instructions does not reduce a statutory right.

3. Returning the goods

After notifying us of a return, send the goods back within the period required by applicable law. For EU statutory withdrawals this is generally 14 days after you notify us. Return the goods with all included items and accessories and pack them reasonably to avoid damage in transit.

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical shop. For a change-of-mind return, where the law permits, we may reduce the refund to reflect a loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of an EU statutory withdrawal.

4. Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise, offer free returns, or applicable law requires us to bear the cost. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee.

For goods that are faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed or incorrect, we cover necessary and reasonable return costs where the claim is valid and the law requires this.

5. Refund timing and method

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that does not impose additional cost on you.

For an EU statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, we refund amounts due without undue delay and generally within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, where the law permits. Any legally required earlier deadline takes priority.

For a full-order statutory withdrawal, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge, if you paid one. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we do not have to refund the additional cost above the least expensive standard delivery option offered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post it to your account.

6. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods

Contact us with the order details and a description of the problem. Photos or video can be useful where available, but we will not reject a valid legal claim merely because media cannot reasonably be provided.

Where Czech consumer law applies, the Seller is responsible for defects that the goods had at delivery and that become apparent within the statutory period. For consumer goods, a defect may generally be raised if it becomes apparent within two years after delivery. If a defect appears within the first year, Czech law generally presumes that it existed at delivery unless the nature of the goods or defect makes that incompatible. Remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract.

Where Czech complaint-handling rules apply, we will provide the required written confirmation of the complaint and its outcome and resolve it within the statutory period, generally 30 days unless a longer period is agreed or the law provides otherwise.

7. Cancellations before shipment

If you want to cancel an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. If we can stop the order before fulfillment or shipment, we will cancel it and refund the amount collected. Once fulfillment or shipment has started, we cannot guarantee that the parcel can be stopped. This does not affect statutory withdrawal rights or rights relating to delayed, failed, faulty or incorrect delivery.

8. EU/EEA and UK statutory withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. UK consumers generally have comparable cancellation rights for distance sales under applicable UK consumer law. The precise right depends on the customer’s location and the type of goods.

The 30-day return offer above extends the time in which eligible customers may notify us of a change-of-mind return; it does not replace or restrict mandatory statutory rights.

9. Statutory exceptions

Some goods may be excluded from a statutory change-of-mind right where applicable law provides an exception, for example clearly personalized or made-to-order goods, certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing, rapidly perishable goods, or certain digital content supplied with the customer’s required consent and acknowledgment. An exception applies only where its legal conditions are met and, where required, is disclosed before purchase.

10. Optional model withdrawal form

You may use the following form for an EU statutory withdrawal, but it is not compulsory:
