Terms of service

Effective date: 5 October 2026

1. About us and scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases made through online storefronts operated by Company ID 24547450, with registered office at Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno – Staré Brno, Czech Republic (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Seller”). The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 150208.

For the purposes of these Terms, a “Storefront” means any branded website, domain, subdomain or online sales interface operated by us that displays or links to these Terms. The current Storefront is Jingle Decor. We may add, rename or discontinue Storefronts from time to time. A Storefront is a trading or presentation name only and is not a separate legal entity from ID 24547450.

These Terms apply together with the product information shown on the relevant Storefront, the checkout information, our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice & Contact Information. If a product page or checkout clearly states a specific term for a particular product or order, that specific term applies to that product or order to the extent it is lawful and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

2. Eligibility and use of the Storefront

You may place an order only if you have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract or are acting with the authorization required by applicable law. You must provide accurate information, use a payment method you are authorized to use and not misuse the Storefront, payment process, promotions, reviews or customer-service channels.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized payment use, automated purchasing that disrupts the Storefront, or attempts to interfere with the Storefront or other customers. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be restricted.

3. Products and product information

We sell physical consumer products, including seasonal decorations, gifts and other merchandise described on the relevant product page. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility, included items, safety information and other characteristics are provided on the Storefront. You should review this information before ordering.

We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings, photography, production batches and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences in color or appearance. Such differences do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, materially different from their description or otherwise non-conforming.

Availability may change. We may limit quantities or refuse an order before acceptance where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, delivery is not possible to the requested destination, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or we are legally unable to supply the goods.

4. Orders and formation of the purchase contract

  1. Select the product, quantity and available options and review the product information.
  2. Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details and select an available payment method.
  3. Review the order total and correct any errors before submitting the order.
  4. Submitting the order creates an obligation to pay the total shown at checkout.
  5. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.
If we cannot accept an order after receiving payment, we will notify you and refund the amount collected for the unaccepted order. We will not increase an agreed price after contract formation without your consent.

5. Prices, currencies, taxes and payment

The applicable currency, product price, discounts, shipping charges, taxes collected by us and total payable amount are displayed before you submit the order. Currency conversion may be performed by the Storefront, Shopify, the payment provider or your card issuer, and your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

Payment methods are those made available at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

For cross-border orders, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may arise depending on the destination and shipping method. Where such charges are collected by us, they will be shown at checkout. Where additional charges may be payable directly to customs authorities or carriers, the applicable treatment will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.

6. Promotions, discounts and pricing errors

Promotions, discount codes, bundle offers and free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and may be limited by time, quantity, territory, product or customer.

If a Storefront contains an obvious pricing or technical error, we may contact you before accepting the order. If the contract has already been formed, any correction will be handled only as permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rules on price-reduction announcements and consumer pricing continue to apply.

7. Shipping and delivery

We may use third-party fulfillment providers, warehouses and carriers in different countries. An order may be shipped in more than one parcel. Estimated processing and delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy and may also be shown on the relevant product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date. If delivery is delayed or fails, we will provide the remedies required by applicable law. Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are received by you or a person you nominate, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our standard voluntary return period is 30 days after delivery unless a Storefront clearly offers a longer period. Statutory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity and refund rights may apply in addition to this voluntary policy. Full conditions are set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

If you want to cancel before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipment has begun. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or rights relating to late, missing, faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Conformity, faulty goods and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where Czech consumer law applies, the Seller is responsible for defects that the goods had at delivery and that become apparent within the statutory period, including the two-year period applicable to consumer goods under Czech law. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract. Other mandatory local rights remain available.

Where Czech complaint-handling rules apply, we will provide the required confirmation of the complaint and its outcome and will resolve the complaint within the statutory period, generally 30 days unless a longer period is agreed or the law provides otherwise.

10. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content through a Storefront, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format and use that content for operating and promoting our Storefronts, subject to applicable privacy law and any specific choices presented when you submit it.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights, or maintain the integrity of the Storefront. We will not present paid or incentivized reviews as independent reviews where doing so would be misleading.

11. Intellectual property

The Storefronts and their content, including branding, text, graphics, layouts and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may be owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the Storefront only for personal, lawful shopping and related purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you except ownership of purchased physical goods after the applicable purchase and delivery conditions are satisfied.

12. Third-party services and links

The Storefront may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers or social platforms. Their own terms and privacy rules may apply to services they independently provide. Our use of processors and service providers for Storefront operations is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection law. Subject to those mandatory rules, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law, or business losses suffered by a customer purchasing primarily for commercial purposes.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory rights concerning product safety, personal injury, defective products, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or statutory consumer remedies.

14. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue directly. Legal and privacy contact: info@jingledecor.com. Storefront-specific customer-service contact details may also appear on the relevant Storefront or in your order confirmation.

If a consumer dispute arising from a purchase contract cannot be resolved directly and Czech ADR rules apply, the competent entity is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic. Information is available at coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Applications are generally made within one year after the consumer first raised the claim with the trader. ADR does not prevent either party from using the courts.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore not referenced as an available complaint platform in these Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and purchase contracts with us are governed by Czech law. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders to reflect changes in our Storefronts, products, processes or legal requirements. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law and applies retroactively.
